Order Cancellation Fee:
There will be a $5.00 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been processed.
Return Policy:
I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied. I have a 10 day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact me and I will be happy to discuss a return procedure. Custom quilts are non-returnable. All returns must be in original condition and must not have a smoke odor to them. Quilts (or other items) that have damage or smoke orders will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges.
Shipping & Tax:
Shipping is by USPS or UPS.
Most orders are processed the day they are received, but please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Items ordered after noon on Fridays will be shipped first thing Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation when the item has shipped.
